Magic Custard

Brought to my attention (thank you Stewart): an Ebay Auction for the marvellous "Space Mutt". Mentioned a few times on the blog, Space Mutt was Moon McDare's trusty companion in space - part of the  range of A. C. Gilbert dolls which appeared in 1966.

Pity the helmet is in such poor condition, but super to see the dog again. Some good photographs on the Ebay Auction page too ... it also explains the bizarre header chosen for this blog post (smiles).
